In June, 2018, Public Affairs students working on the Big Box Farm were awarded the Millennium Fellowship, a program that is a result of collaboration between the Millennium Campus Network (MCN) and the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI). This program challenges student leadership across the globe in pursuing the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and provides training to make projects like ours successful. The Big Box Farm group was selected as early standout applicants from an applicant pool made up of hundreds of projects from 140 campuses from over 40 countries worldwide.
